CANCELLING & RESCHEDULING
- Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment
- With less than 48 hours' notice, your deposit is forfeited, and a new deposit is required to rebook
- Same-day appointments are an extra $25
- No-shows will not be able to book again
โฐ LATENESS
- You have a 10-minute grace period
- 10+ minutes late = $10 late fee
- 15+ minutes late = appointment cancelled and deposit forfeited

- Maximum of 1 guest per appointment
- No children under 10 as guests
๐ CONDUCT
- My suite is a respectful, positive space. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is rude or uncooperative
- I do not service clients under 14

- I can't work on damaged or injured nails or skin
- If you're feeling unwell, please reach out as soon as possible to reschedule
